Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders across the UK, with no minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 5PM GMT are processed the same or next business day.

Which couriers do you use?

We ship with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and DHL depending on the size and weight of your order.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at ongt9b2411@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Products

Do the treadmills require assembly?

Many of our walking pads and under-desk treadmills require no assembly at all. Folding and full-size treadmills may require minimal setup — check the individual product description for details.

Are the treadmills suitable for running?

Our walking pads are designed for walking speeds (up to 6km/h). Our folding and full-size treadmills support running speeds up to 12–16km/h. Check each product's specifications for exact speed ranges.

Do the treadmills connect to fitness apps?

Many models in our range support Bluetooth and are compatible with apps like Zwift, KINOMAP, and brand-specific apps. Check the product listing for compatibility details.
